Takashi Murakami's great Anime/Manga-influenced Pop vision may dominate the artistic landscape of his native Tokyo, but in his wake one painter, NAHOKO SASHIDA, has forged a very unique style fusing elements of traditional European and contemporary Japanese iconography.
