This week sees Austrian artist Willi Dorner's "Bodies In Urban Spaces" conceptual street art project taking to the streets of Porto, Portugal where his army of brightly colored zen contortionists have descended to jam public spaces with their intertwined bodies like some American Apparel ad gone wrong. It's an amazing, long-standing project from the artist that has achieved the impossible in making performance art something that is actually interesting. Read More

KENNY SCHARF’S NEW GRAFFITI MURAL PROJECT IN MOBILE ALABAMA

Few people would accuse Mobile Alabama of being a forward-thinking cultural center, but that's nothing a visit from living Pop Art legend and Supertouch buddy Kenny Scharf can't fix. As part of the city's Center For The Living Arts' current "Futures Project" which "examines future possibilities for the Gulf Coast through art," Scharf swept into town in his far-out "JetStones" (Jetsons x Flintstones)-bedazzled 1959 Cadillac with a trunk packed with spray paint to embellish the center with a wraparound graffiti mural featuring his trademark psychedelic characters.
